Can you see my credit card details?

We use the Sage Pay system, which encrypts all your personal details. This is a system used by thousands of internet retailers, your transaction is therefore safe and secure. Full details can be found under the security tab on our web site.

I don't like my purchase; will you take it back?

Yes, with the exceptions of earrings and body jewellery. You can return any item within fourteen days after delivery for a refund, provided it is unused.

I wanted an item which is now out of stock; can you get it for me?

It is always worth dropping us an email, as we will always try our best to get an item for you, although we can't promise that this will be possible 100% of the time. We do not hold massive stock of any item to ensure new items are always arriving on the site.

Can you overnight an item for me?

Normally this is not a problem although we do ask that you pay the full cost of this service, your order must be with us no later than 11am so that we can organise this for you.

I don't want to use my credit card on line; how else can I pay?

No problem, how about Pay Pal, or you can send a cheque, once this has cleared we will send your goods. Please phone us before posting payment though in order that we can secure your purchase.

Will you pass my email address to anyone else?

No, we hate when this is done to us, your email address is safe with us.

I have been in your shop when on holiday why do you not sell all your ranges online?

Some of our suppliers do not permit internet retailing of their goods, for example we can feature Pilgrim Products but can't sell them online.

Are you actually a bricks and mortar shop or just an internet retailer?

We are a trading shop on West Blackhall Street, Greenock, Scotland. Where you will always be made welcome.

Do you repair jewellery?

We can complete repairs on the majority of costume jewellery and can also recommend repair studios for more complex work.
