Refunds

Our easy returns policy, if you don't like your purchase for any reason just send it back up to seven days after delivery, we will refund directly back to your credit card.

We only ask that the item must returned to Ulla in the condition it was supplied to you. Please obtain proof of posting you should also consider postal insurance in the event of non delivery.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on body jewellery or earrings for pierced ears.
