Returns

Cancellation Rights

We will accept the cancellation of an order up to seven working days from the order delivery. We will only accept cancellation in writing.

Refunds

Where a refund is required you will be responsible for the return of goods to us, we will not accept any cost involved in the return unless we have made an error or the goods are faulty.

Please do not return goods without obtaining proof of posting; you should also consider insurance for the goods being returned as we will not accept liability or any cost associated with items being lost in transit.

Naturally we cannot provide a refund for goods until they are in our possession, you should note that we will not refund for items which have been badly handled or damaged as a result of poor packing on your part, unfortunately this is non negotiable.

All refunds will be made to the purchasing credit card without exception; we will carry out this refund as quickly as possible. Please note that the refund of money to a credit card is not instantaneous this is not within our control.
