We will only use information given at the time of ordering or when making an enquiry by whatever means is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Changes to this policy
For the majority of deliveries we use Parcel Force.
We cannot and do not guarantee delivery times as the physical delivery is not within our control, although we do use what we consider to be the best available service. If you require a precise delivery time or require an overnight delivery we are more that happy to organize this at your cost which will depend on the weight of the item being dispatched and most importantly the time your order is received.
If you are unable to accept the delivery it is your responsibility to arrange the collection of the goods form the delivery companies holding depot. We will not accept any costs relating to the transfer, collection or re-delivery of any item.
You should make certain that your address is entered correctly including your post code - if you have a delivery address which may create difficulty for the courier please let us know and we will pass on your instructions.

We aim to deliver goods within a period of three to five working days from the date of your order. We do not refund delivery costs unless items are faulty to avoid returns we do inspect items prior to delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
Credit Card payment is taken when the 'Submit Order' button is clicked on the Payment page. All orders are accepted at our discretion, in the majority of circumstances the authorisation of a credit card payment constitutes acceptance. All normal costs associated with a retail transaction and deliveries are defined within the web site and terms and conditions.
We endeavour to make our 'in stock' quantities published on this site as accurate as possible; therefore it is unlikely that we will not be able to fulfil your order however we acknowledge that errors occasionally do occur therefore the final sale of all items is naturally subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Acknowledgment and Dispatch/Acceptance of your Order
Our credit card system is secure utilising one of the most current fraud prevention systems; we therefore reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason which may be brought to our attention by any third party including a credit checking agency.
We will provide you with a step by step email service in regard to the processing and dispatch of your order.
Notification of dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order.
We will accept the cancellation of an order up tofourteen days from the order delivery date.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Ulla. However, if
you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable, we
are happy to provide a refund or exchange (excl any delivery charges)
assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a
fully resalable condition. Just send them back to the address below up
to seven days after delivery, and we will refund directly back to your

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on body jewellery or earrings for pierced ears.
returned goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and
in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be
affected. If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your
responsibility until they are received at our distribution centre. The
cost of returning the goods (unless damaged or faulty - please see
below) is at the consumer's expense. This does not affect your statutory
rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining
the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Ulla is
not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged / faulty goods

collection of the goods (or arrange for you to return the goods at our
cost) and organize a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest
Accuracy of Content
We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Colours represented on this web site are as accurate as is possible, the reproduction or display of colours on your monitor will vary by manufacturer and your own chosen settings, and we therefore cannot be responsible for any difference in visual representation.
Damage to your Computer
We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Use of Pictures
Please do not use pictures from this site without our written consent. If you choose to use pictures without our consent for any purpose we reserve the right to charge a fair commercial rate for this service on a daily basis.
