Excellent all-round service. When I emailed a few days after placing my order (as it had not updated on your website) I had a reply within half an hour informing me that the order HAD been dispatched, but for some reason had not updated on your website. However, the item arrived within the next day or two and it was gorgeous (Miss Dee Milano bracelet!). It is a present for my niece's 18th birthday, but I love it so much I am hoping to order one for myself within the next week or two! Excellent site, excellent service....no complaints here!
